Installation: It is easy to install. Please mount the gasket on the body of the vehicle where the light will be attached. That way it makes it easier to line up the two screws used to attached the light to their mounting holes. Then, use the install rubber "O" rings over the screws after you put the screws in the light mounting holes. That helps with aligning the light into the opening in the roof panel where the light mounts;
Waterproof: This f-150 third brake light includes 1pc foam gasket and is generally waterproof. The gasket is a thick foam to prevent water from entering the cab. Please kindly put a little silicone or some clear RTV all across the top to help seal it just in case it leaks into the light or where the wires are;
